This notice explains how personal data submitted through this website is processed, in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

What data and for what purpose
Through the contact form we collect: first name, last name (optional), email address and the content of your message. The data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and handle the contact.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on the legitimate interest of the controller in responding to the enquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data recipients
The contact form is handled by the external provider Web3Forms, which relays the message to the controller’s email address. The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure (S3 + CloudFront).
Transfers outside the EEA
Due to the use of the form provider, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Any transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
Correspondence data is stored for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, if needed, until any potential claims are time-barred, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it
- rectify (correct) your data
- erase your data
- restrict processing
- object to processing
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal)
- lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO)
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use cookies for marketing purposes. Only your display preferences (theme, contrast, text size) are stored in your browser (localStorage). The Google directions map loads only after you click it — only then can Google set its own cookies.
